LAUNCH

• Friday April 16th. Arrive @ 6.00pm. _- Do not be late
• Venue location: Freemans Bay Community Centre. Hepburn St, Freemans Bay.

• Maximum 4 members per team please.
• Please bring a pen + paper + watch
• We will be drawing your team's genre and the random elements for this years challenge.
• Teams released at 7.00pm.
• Any cellphone use will result in instant disqualification and loss of entry fee.
• Tiger Beer available for those over 18yrs of age.

DURING THE SHOOT

• Please don't stop traffic (i.e. by randomly stopping a vehicle or filming in the middle of the road - that's just dangerous!!)
• Please be considerate of the public or other events/sports if filming within the city and other public places.
• Please do not wave guns around in any public space
• Let the police know what you're up to if you think they need to be aware
• Respect others property. No vandalism.
• Feed your crew and keep them happy
• And most of all.. remember to have some fun

FINISH

• Sunday April 18th @ 7pm is the deadline. Doors close.
• Venue information: Freemans Bay Community Centre. Hepburn St, Freemans Bay.
• Teams can arrive from 5.00pm. (NOT BEFORE)_
• Teams must bring their completed shorts in BEFORE 7pm to be eligible._
• One second late is too late._
• Teams must bring their completed short on miniDV tape or DVD. Make sure it's labeled clearly. Check it!
• Remember your short must delivered be in 16:9 aspect ratio and PAL.
• Teams must have completed the online roster wrap up form._
• You can bring a few team members if you wish on Sunday night. _
• The Bar will be open for those over 18 and you can share horror stories with other teams
• If you can't make it by 7pm then please bring your short down by 9.30pm that night.
• You cannot hand in anything after 9.30pm on Sunday night. Sorry.

HEATS

• All screenings are at The Academy Cinema - next to AK Library.
• Heats are cast and crew (non-public) screenings only
• Please arrive early, screenings start on time, seating is limited._- Heats are free to cast and crew.
• MAXIMUM 20 per team.
• Since sessions are free please buy some Tiger Beer or V at Candy Bar.

GRAND FINAL

• The Live National TV Final on C4, May 20th, 9.30pm. Overall Grand National Winner of the 2010 V48HOURS will be revealed
