well, its that time of the Year again...close enough to capitilize on the warm fuzzies from V48 and far enough away from Xmas to be considered sane.

Short Films on a Tall Wall
September 3rd & September 10th (new programme)
In the carpark of Countdown, Moray Place Dunedin, the punters drive in,
tune their car radio for the stereo soundtrack and hoopla! away we roll!

NZ's only (*) Drive-in Short Film Festival is calling out for entries from all of NZ!
Animation, drama, doco, experimental, reality, whatever you have!

Your film projected in technocolour glory 16 metres wide
across the back wall of the Police Station!!!!!
(Thanks to Dunedin CIB for the power, too.)

Open Genre, (no hatred, cruelty, racism or goreporn, ok)
New or Vintage (not too crustyburger old)
Under 1min/under 3min/up to 15min duration and you must own the Copyright.
USB (avi/mov) or DVD submissions!
Prizes! Prizes!! Prizes!!! You betcha we have prizes.
We're not sure what they are just now, but there will be some!

Hows the compilation going? are you going to release a list of the films to be screened, or is going to be a "SURPRISE !!!!!" and jump out of the cake on the night?

Film are a little s l o w to come, but I remain hopeful and unphased,

I will announce a full list of grinners well before the gig.

ANYONE from ANYWHERE and ANY DIMENSION can enter a film.

Yes, this means yooooou.

The cake is a lie, I like licorice though.

Not sure if i'll have one ready froggie but I'll try and convince my son to send you the one (only) he made.. 5 minutes long, no dialogue, one actor sitting in a deck chair and you only see the back of his head... I kid you not.. It's actually pretty good..

He's so damn secretive it's a nightmare but he has a flair for things which he doesn't want people to know about.. Yep that does make him weirder than me but not by much..

So how did you get on with SIT?
